003 CITE has a new librarian

CITE librarian Josemari Quijada makes it to the roster of 349 passers of the Librarian Licensure Exam conducted April 28, 2015 conducted by PRC at Cebu School of Midwifery.

Twenty-three year old Josemari is the third among 13 siblings and is the eldest son among them.

He is a Mechanical Technology graduate of CITE. After graduation, he spent his professional career with CITE. While working, he went to college and graduated on 2014 with a diploma in BS Library Information Science at the University of San Jose Recoletos (USJR).

He is currently the school librarian and seeks to improve the school’s library. He is currently working on making the library transactions available through school’s intranet. Moreover, he is also a class adviser, Basic Christian Doctrine (BCD) teacher and concurrently the Student Formation Officer.

He also advocates to bring students from Mindanao to take up courses in CITE.
