DYNAMIC LEARNING PROGRAM RETOOLING SEMINAR

Developed by Ramon Magsaysay Awardees and renowned physicists Drs. Christopher and Ma. Victoria Bernido, the Dynamic Learning Program (DLP) aims to improve the students’ academic performance in their school by promoting independent learning which leads to improved academic performance in technology, science and mathematics.

First used in Central Visayan Institute Foundation (CVIF), DLP gives importance to writing learning activity sheets, in-school portfolio, strategic rest, and parallel classes to address the lack of qualified teachers and improve academic performance of the students.

During their latest visit to CITE on September 7 to retool the faculty members, Drs. Bernido emphasized that concept digests should be one page long and classes require minimum intervention from the teachers.

This innovative framework of teaching has been used in different schools nationwide and has shown a streak of success in education. This is the third year of implementation of CITE’s brand of DLP.
