CITE
is an industry-based and socially-oriented
institution which plays a relevant
role in the economic and social
development of Cebu, the Central
Visayas, and surrounding areas.
CITE's
project proponents are well
established institutions in
the field of education training;
namely, Associazione Centro
ELIS, Rome, Italy; Meralco Foundation,
Inc., Pasig City, Philippines;
and University of Asia and the
Pacific (UA&P) Foundation,
Inc., Pasig City, Philippines.
We
serve the youth and their families...
In 1990,
we started to offer technical
training to less privileged
youth through our Study-Now-Sponsor-a-Scholar-Later
Program and other scholarships.
On top of the training we provide,
we also inculcate in them proper
work values to become responsible
individuals. The parents of
CITE student also receive formative
activities through parenting
seminars and recollections.
CITE
has requested the prelature
of Opus Dei to take care of
the spiritual activities of
the institution.
