• Tek-bok provider for TESDA’s skills program for displaced workers and out-of-school youth through the President Gloria Scholarship

• Received grant from Deutscher Entwicklungdienst (DED) or German Development Service to convert two classrooms into e-classrooms equipped with the latest model of workstations for browsing in 2007.

• Implemented the Information and Literacy in Rural Areas (ILIRA) Project in the Visayas and Mindanao

• Chosen by the DOST and Consuelo Foundation to set up and operate a precision and test instruments calibration laboratory which caters to the needs of companies in the Visayas and Mindanao

• Sits as one of the member-NGOs in the Cebu City Development Council

• Received grant from the Association for Cultural, Technical and Educational Cooperation of Belgium for the setting up of the Training Center for Out-of-School Youth and Displaced Workers (now ATC Training Center), in cooperation with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the region, beginning school year 2000

• Received grant from Fundacio CODESPA of Spain for the integration of information technology courses in the ITP beginning school year 2000

• Received grant from Lucent Technologies for the design and development of web-ready
training modules beginning year 2000

• Chosen as partner by Isla Communications Co. in the training of its telecommunication
technician scholars beginning SY 1999- 2000, a first-in-the-country partnership in
technical training. An expanded scholarship program is in effect with Globe Telecom

• Chosen to serve as a Training Center for Sasabe Engineering Co. (Japan) and Don
Victoriano Technological Development Foundation Scholarship Program in 1991
