CITE faculty and staff and their families joined more than 1000 parents, educators and youth from 35 countries across five continents during the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD) on February 24-25, 2024 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino. This year’s theme is “Family Life and New Technologies”.
The congress aimed to promote family values and delve on enhancing the family in the age of information technology. Congress discussion topics included virtuous leadership, new technologies and artificial intelligence, mental health, and marriage, among others.
Alongside the 21st World Congress on Family Enrichment is the 2nd World Congress of Personal Project (for young professionals).
IFFD is a non-governmental, independent, and non-profit federation, whose primary mission is to support families through training. It integrates a vast network spanning 68 countries across 5 continents, with over 7000 dedicated volunteers.
