For 35 years, the Dual Training System (DTS) has thrived not just because of the German model it follows, but because of the strong partnerships forged with more than 100 industry collaborators. These partners open their doors to our scholars, guiding them through 15 months of in-plant training and nurturing their potential every step of the way.

Recently, CITE strengthened this bridge between school and workplace through visits to Lili Papercups, Litecloud Corporation, Arlos Gothong Lines Inc., Anjo World, Foxcon Total Solution, and Phil–Japan Metals & Refined Products Co., Inc. These engagements reaffirm our shared commitment to equipping the next generation with real-world skills and opportunities.

As we look to the future, our mission remains clear: to extend these opportunities to more senior high school graduates from less privileged backgrounds. With continued support from our partners, we can sustain this cycle of hope—transforming lives through skills, values, and workplace exposure.

Each trainee welcomed is more than just a future employee; he is a young person gaining confidence, discipline, and professional experience that will shape his future. Together, we are not only shaping careers, but also building bridges that connect education with industry, and dreams with reality.
