Furthermore, their training is anchored on the rigors of their disciplines using state-of-the-art electrical tools and equipment. Graduates learn to grasp techniques in their field of expertise and acquire mastery, managerial skills, and strong leadership qualities.
PRAYER stands for Christian Spirit. This attribute has 3 dimensions which are anchored on the ideals that students possess the following:
1. Faith in God 2. Spirit of Opus Dei through the teaching of St. Josemaria Escriva; and, 3. Identity and integrity that is attributable to a CITE graduate
CITE graduates bear faith in God, abide by their religion, respect other faith traditions and show their pursuit of truth through their active relationship with God. CITE graduates demonstrate respect for other faith traditions. CITE graduates also identify themselves with the teaching of St. Josemaria Escriva, Founder of Opus Dei, through serving others.
The last attribute is SERVICE which is pronounced in socially oriented outlook. This attribute can be manifested in 3 dimensions:
1. Commitment to social transformation through charity 2. Nationalism through the spirit of patriotism vis-a-vis universal outlook 3. Care for the environment through green technological advancement
Hence, these core values are definitive of CITE graduates who are expected to live continuously and harmoniously with a socially oriented outlook, an attribute which can be exemplified by their loyalty to the Alma Mater. CITE graduates are considered to be catalysts of change who work towards social transformation through community development. Being patriotic, graduates are expected to imbibe a spirit of nationalism with a global outlook yet conscientious of their overall well-being, the people around them, and their environment. Students live up to the motto of the school: We do ordinary things extraordinarily well.
