The CITE Alumni Tracer Study 2025 highlights the employability, career growth, and further studies of CITE graduates. Findings reflect the continuing relevance of CITE’s academic and values-based formation, particularly in preparing students for professional work and personal growth.

  • Total respondents: 185 (graduates from 1995–2026)
  • Currently employed: Majority (over 80%)
  • Self-employed and pursuing further studies: A smaller but notable group
  • Most common job titles: Technician, Engineer, Electrician, IT Support, Supervisor

Training Effectiveness

Alumni rated CITE highly in:

  • Technical skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Human formation and values
  • Problem solving, communication, and leadership

Career-Relevant Training Aspects

Graduates emphasized the value of:

  • Human values and discipline

  • Dual Training System (DTS)
