The CITE Alumni Tracer Study 2025 highlights the employability, career growth, and further studies of CITE graduates. Findings reflect the continuing relevance of CITE’s academic and values-based formation, particularly in preparing students for professional work and personal growth.

- Total respondents: 185 (graduates from 1995–2026)
- Currently employed: Majority (over 80%)
- Self-employed and pursuing further studies: A smaller but notable group
- Most common job titles: Technician, Engineer, Electrician, IT Support, Supervisor
Training Effectiveness
Alumni rated CITE highly in:
- Technical skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Human formation and values
- Problem solving, communication, and leadership
Career-Relevant Training Aspects
Graduates emphasized the value of:
- Human values and discipline
- Hands-on technical training and labs
- Dual Training System (DTS)

Alumni Suggestions
- Update facilities and provide more modern tools and equipment
- Expand curriculum to include advanced technologies (AI, PLC, AutoCAD)

Further Studies and Career Growth
