CITE Celebrates Family Day 2025

December 30, 2025

CITE brought together students, parents, and families for a meaningful Family Day celebration on December 20, 2025, highlighting the true spirit of Christmas through unity, gratitude, and service.

Anchored on the theme “Christmas: Strengthening Families through Love and Service,” the event reaffirmed the vital role of families in shaping the character, values, and formation of CITE students. The gathering was filled with joy and fellowship as families took part in games and activities designed to foster bonding and shared celebration.

A solemn highlight of the program was the Holy Mass and the Lighting of the Advent Wreath, which reminded everyone of the values of hope, faith, joy, and love as the community prepared for the birth of Christ. This moment of prayer and reflection set the tone for the celebration, grounding the festivities in gratitude and compassion. Each class came up with a Kanya-Kanyang Pakulo in their classroom.

As an expression of care, Christmas baskets were distributed to families of students who needed them most. This initiative reflected CITE’s continuing commitment to serve not only its students but also their families, especially during the Christmas season.

The Family Day celebration concluded with smiles, laughter, and a renewed sense of community, as games and activities further highlighted the joy and meaning of the Christmas celebration.
