CITE held its annual Family Day for staff and their loved ones on December 22, 2025, celebrating the Christmas season with joy, gratitude, and togetherness. Anchored on the theme “Christmas: Strengthening Families through Love and Service,” the event encouraged participants to embrace the festive spirit by coming in costumes inspired by their favorite movie or book characters.
The celebration began at 8:00 AM with a Holy Mass officiated by Fr. Abraham Geraldez, CITE’s chaplain. This was followed by a heartfelt virtue talk from Executive Director Dr. José Ramiro Carpio Jr., who reflected on the challenges the community had overcome throughout the year and emphasized the importance of faith, resilience, and service in strengthening families.
As part of the program, Certificates of Service Awards were conferred on staff members in recognition of their years of dedicated service to CITE, along with awards for those who achieved perfect attendance, acknowledging their commitment and professionalism.
The celebration was further enlivened by fun and engaging parlor games. The excellent audio setup was provided by alumnus Mardy Calaurian through MAC Studio, while photobooth services were sponsored by Jane Torres of JB Photography, with the event backdrop provided by HDP Printing.
CITE’s annual Family Day once again proved to be a meaningful gathering—bringing together staff and their families to celebrate Christmas as one community rooted in joy, unity, and gratitude.
