CITE proudly joins the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) – Cebu Chapter as a newly inducted member during its 4th General Membership Meeting and Induction of Officers held on August 29, 2025 at Cebu Parklane Hotel.
Representing CITE were Ronan Cabahug, Vice Director for HR and Admin Department (third from left), and Patrick Neil Cutillas, HR Services Supervisor. Their participation soldifies CITE’s commitment to engaging with HR and industry professionals to improve CITE’s institutional practices.
By joining PMAP, CITE strengthens its resolve to align its workplace development programs with the good practices in human resource management, institutional growth, and organizational practices.
The event also featured dynamic learning sessions, including Joanne Antiquina, co-founder of LILOLELE, who spoke on “Building Highly Effective and Synergistic Teams,” and Crissy Rollan, founder of Crissy Talks Vlogs, who shared practical insights on people development and workplace dynamics.
The formal induction of new members led by PMAP president Jan Mark Gellez capped the event, marking CITE’s official entry into PMAP Cebu and reinforcing its commitment to HR excellence with fellow practitioners in the region.
