6 Easy Steps to Apply in CITE

MOVE UP WITH OUR  INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN PROGRAM!

Step 1. Check your qualifications.

  • The applicant must be male Filipino and a member of the Grade 10 batch of his school at the time of application.
  • Age not more than 25 years old
  • No minimum grade is demanded of Grade 11 applicants but it is required that they have good deportment records and no failing grades
  • We also accept high school graduates from the old curriculum who want to take up the Industrial Technician Program or college undergraduates who want to pursue the Industrial Technician Program

Step 2. Fill out an application form.

  • Application forms are available at the Information Area of CITE or you can download it at this link.
  • Manually fill out an application form with the correct information.

Step 3. Take the entrance examination.

  • Entrance examinations are conducted every Saturday at CITE at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with a testing fee of P50.00.
  • You may also request our personnel to conduct the entrance examination in your school through your school administrators. Please call 346-1611 and look for Dariel Lauron.
  • Entrance exam results will be released after a week through our website. You may also call us at 346-1611 to know the results.
  • If you fail, you may take the entrance exam one month after.

Step 4. Submit all the requirements to the Registrar’s Office.

  • 4 pieces 1×1 ID picture with blue background.
  • 4 photocopies of your Grade 10 report card for the 4th Grading Period/high school report card/transfer credentials
  • 4 photocopies of your birth certificate (NSO)
  • 4 photocopies of parent’s latest ITR or certificate of BIR tax exemption
  • 4 photocopies of Certificate of Good Moral Character

Step 5. Join the Special Training Orientation Program.

  • The Special Training Orientation Program is a 3-day training for aspirants. It allows you to experience our unique brand of education first hand. Classes in Math, English, Electricity, and Benchwork will be given.
  • In the course of STOP, you and your parents will undergo personal interviews.
  • Physical examination will also be conducted.

Step 6. Enroll in the program and sign contract.

  • You will be notified through this website if you passed the Special Training Orientation Program after processing your application.
  • You will be subjected to medical examination to see if you are physically fit. Medical examination fee is about P500.00.
  • If you passed the medical exam, you and your parents will be asked to sign the training contract and statement of the principles.
  • You will be given an enrollment form as final part of the process.
