Parenting Seminars: Growing Together with Families

September 28, 2025
At CITE, we have always believed that education doesn’t end with our students—it extends to their parents too. That’s why parenting seminars have been an important part of our program for many years. We know that parenting isn’t something you learn in one sitting; it’s a lifelong journey of gaining insights, building skills, and shaping values that help parents raise sons with confidence and proper values formation.
Our monthly Education for Development Seminar has grown with the times, delving into issues and topics that really matter to families today. From Forming Adolescents, The Role of Parents in Education, Marriage as a Natural Institution, Essence of Manliness, and Social Media Literacy to dealing with Common Teenage Problems, these sessions provide parents with practical tools to navigate today’s challenges.
We have also explored topics on the Legacy of Giving, Teachings of St. Josemaria Escriva, Founder of Opus Dei, Family and School Collaboration, and Teaching Professionalism by Example to help parents connect not just with their children but also with the spirit of the school.
What makes these seminars special is not just the content, but the chance for parents to reflect and share experiences with others who are experiencing the same journey. It’s growing together—as families, let alone forging strong partnerships in shaping the next generation.
