Century Feeding Program Continues

The Century Pacific Group-RSPo Foundation Inc. (CPG-RSP) continues to expand its flagship feeding program, KAIN Po, through CITE Technical Institute, Inc. in February 2021 to serve quality meals to partner schools and communities, staying true to the Century Group’s mission to nourish and delight everyone.

KAIN Po, which stands for Kalusugan at Isipan Naalagaan, has reached DepEd Cebu City partner schools in Talamban, Pit-os, Bacayan, San Jose, Adlawon, Budla-an, Banilad, Taptap, Guba, Pulangbato and Mabini providing them canned goods for feeding program.

Launched as CPG-RSP’s primary initiative, KAIN Po aims to alleviate hunger, with the intention of nourishing not only the children’s bodies, but their minds, as well. To date, over 13.9 million meals have been distributed since its inception in 2010.

CPG-RSP is the corporate social- responsibility arm of Century Pacific Food Inc. (CNPF), the Philippines’s largest canned-food manufacturer. It is named after Ricardo S. Po Sr., the company’s founder and chairman emeritus. Po established the foundation as a way to help address some of the major issues our country faces today, one of which is malnutrition.
