CITE held the first seminar series on anti-bullying prevention under its safe school program on March 15, 2023. The seminar oriented students on understanding the experiences of the bullied, the bullies, and even the bystanders. The resource speaker, Abelardo “Abby” Banuag, consultant and focal person, Municipality of Consolacion Municipal Anti-drug Abuse Council, discussed the different forms and manifestations, the factors that lead to it, and its impact on the victim and how can school do some prevention.
Banuag emphasizes the importance of creating an environment that nurtures and supports the development of students.
