As part of its sustained community outreach efforts, CITE students with the support of the CITE Multipurpose Cooperative, continued its improvement initiatives at San Jose Day Care Center on July 14, 2025—exactly one month after their initial visit.
This time, members of the Speech and Improvement Team (SPIT) extended their assistance by repainting key areas of the playground, reinforcing the perimeter fencing, cleaning the air conditioning unit, and upgrading the school’s computer systems.
The day care center, managed by Mrs. Editha Erana, has been instrumental in providing early childhood education to kindergarten pupils in the San Jose community.
Leading the group was SPIT Chairman Mark Jadaong, who guided the team in applying a second coat of paint to the playground tires, slide, and handwashing area, ensuring a safer and child-friendly environment.
