Some 311 scholars of UAQTEA (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act) received their starter toolkits this year from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on July 13 and 14, 2022. The beneficiaries are students in any of these diploma programs: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, and Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology.
Department heads Jorge Larobis, Romero Enoc, Benjie Wong and Leonardo Arriesgado handed the toolkits to the scholars. UAQTEA is among TESDA’s scholarship programs that aim to provide free quality technical vocational education and training to deserving beneficiaries in the country.
