CITE Technical Institute, Inc. played host to the visit of delegation from Tsuneishi Technical Services (Phils.), Inc. (TTSP) and its mother company, Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd in Hiroshima, Japan on March 13, 2023. The visit aimed to gather insights from CITE on the trends in technical training and education, student demographics and career preferences of graduates.
As a leading technical service provider of ship engineering design and retrofitting in the Philippines, TTSP aimed to use these information for strategies in the future manpower augmentation in the field of engineering. The delegation was headed by TTSP managing director Kazuhiro Kitamura and president Segismundo Exaltacion, Jr. and Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. General Manager Tetsu Itabashi. On hand to welcome them were the members of the Academic Council and the Industry Linkage Unit. TTSP has been a dual training system partner of CITE for 22 years.
