CITE Prepares Trainees for Success at Training Induction Program

CITE Technical Institute, Inc. welcomed a new batch of scholars during its Training Induction Program (TIP) on March 12, 2025. The program officially launched the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) for 22 trainees in Computer Systems Servicing NC II and 25 trainees in Mechatronics NC II.

Implemented under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), this scholarship program aims to equip trainees with industry-relevant skills, enhancing their employability and career prospects.

During the TIP, scholars received an overview of the scholarship guidelines, training expectations, and their responsibilities, along with those of the training institution. TESDA PO Cebu Scholarship Representative Mr. Brian Ada and TESDA R7 Specialist and Scholarship Focal Mr. Clark Henry Ratcliffe underscored the vital role of technical-vocational education in meeting workforce demands. Meanwhile, CITE reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality training.

CITE Registrar Mark Grondiano officially welcomed the scholars, marking the start of their transformative journey toward future employment and livelihood opportunities.
