January 14, 2025

CITE Technical Institute, Inc. has been officially recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) with the Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) for its one-year Production Technology Course. The certificate underscores CITE’s continued commitment to provide industry-relevant training that equips graduates with the skills demanded by today’s workforce. The certificate is valid from December 20, 2024, to December 21, 2029.

The Production Technology Program (Certificate No. 0707020016) is a comprehensive 12-month course designed for male and female senior high school graduates. The program integrates practical skills training within TESDA’s framework of basic, common, and core competencies. It features a unique learning model that combines six weeks of in-school training with hands-on deployment in partner industries through the Dual Training System. Participating students also receive allowances during their deployment in CITE’s partner companies.

The accreditation was formally issued by TESDA Region VII Regional Director Gamaliel B. Vicente Jr. and awarded by Assistant Regional Director/Provincial Director Floro Ringca (second from left) during a turnover ceremony held at TESDA on January 14, 2025.

Receiving the certificate on behalf of CITE were Executive Director Dr. Jose Ramiro Carpio, Jr. (third from left), Academic Formation Director Neil Agbay, and Industry, Government, Community Relations Director Dariel Lauron.
