CITE management staff led by Executive Director Dr. José Ramiro A. Carpio Jr., paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Regional Director of TESDA Region VII, Gamaliel Vicente Jr on September 2, 2024. The delegation included Mr. Peter Millan, Mr. Chito Flores, Mr. Neil Agbay, and Mr. Dariel Lauron.
Director Vicente, who was previously assigned to Region 8 (Eastern Visayas) in April 2023, returned to Central Visayas to replace Director Ramon Evan Ruiz, who has been reassigned to TESDA Region 6 (Western Visayas). Vicente’s return marks a continuation of his leadership in the region, having initially served as TESDA 7’s director in January 2022.
