Loquinario II and Joemar Candilada for obtaining their bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), respectively.
Loquinario is the a web Developer, computer programming instructor, and Assistant System Administrator who completed his degree on June 14, 2024 from the University of Cebu. Candilada finished his bachelor’s degree from the Cebu Institute of Technology-University on June 7, 2024.
