Some 250 students underwent the 3-day Special Training Orientation Program (STOP) for incoming first year students of CITE.
The training, held on June 4 to 7, 2018, was organized to give trainees a foretaste of CITE education. Students attended classes including Math, English, Mechanical Workshop, Physical Education, Basic Electrical and Electronics, and Technical Drafting.
Applicants went through interviews and other screening processes to qualify for the program. Classes will start in August.
