CITE conducted a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Training Program from May 29 to June 6, 2026, through a hybrid learning format combining face-to-face and online sessions.
Facilitated by Engr. Liez Cabrera-Gonzales, the training equipped participants with a deeper understanding of Quality Management Systems, focusing on continuous improvement, process effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards.
The program was attended by representatives from Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), RMT, Daleon Construction, 3S Globtec Construction Corp., and CITE, reflecting a commitment to strengthen quality management practices across organizations.
Funded through the ADB SUNPH Grant in coordination with Sugbu-ITEC consortium and facilitated by the CITE Business Research and Development Department, the training enhanced participants’ competencies in implementing quality systems that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
