We sympathize with TESDA over the loss of Deputy Director General Gladys Fua Rosales whose grace and courage under the most difficult of circumstances have always been a source of comfort and inspiration to her TESDA family and friends.
DDG Rosales had more than two decades’ worth of experience as a public servant, starting her career in the National Drug Law Enforcement and Prevention Coordinating Center — the forerunner of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, then in the Bureau of Customs, and finally with the TESDA.
Her remarkable career as public servant was the result of her dedication, hardwork, and a sincere desire to give the best public service with no compromises to quality nor integrity. Despite her hectic schedule, she always had a ready smile for anyone at any time. She was full of warmth and love, and always full of energy.
Let us continue to pray for the eternal repose of her soul.
