Some 87 CITE alumni and employees of San Miguel Brewery (Mandaue Plant) participated in a professional talk and formative session held on May 16, 2025, during a scheduled company break. The event, which featured engaging formative activities, marked the kickoff of a continuing formation program for alumni in the workplace. Notably, 93% of the alumni invited were in attendance.
CITE Resource Speaker Mr. Antonio Vicente Flores delivered a talk on Human Virtues in the Workplace, highlighting the importance of integrity, responsibility, and respect in professional settings. An open forum followed, moderated by Mr. Julieto Ardiente, Officer-in-Charge of the Human Formation Department, and Mr. Romero Enoc, Alumni Officer.
