Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), one of the leading real estate developers in the Visayas and Mindanao, formally sealed its partnership with CITE Technical Institute, Inc. through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement on May 18, 2026, at CITE.
The partnership welcomed the first batch of 11 trainees from the Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology program, who officially began their in-plant deployment under CLI’s Property Management Department last May 2.
The MOA signing highlighted CLI’s strong commitment to workforce development through the support of Ronald Allan Uy, VP for Property Management and Safety & Security; Edgar Paul Satorre, AVP for Property Management; and June Jade Binghay-Amay, AVP for Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations–HR.
Representing CITE during the ceremony were Dr. Jose Ramiro A. Carpio Jr., President and Executive Director, and Mr. Dariel U. Lauron, Industry, Government, and Community Relations Director.
Through the partnership, diploma program students will gain meaningful industry exposure and hands-on training through the Dual Training System (DTS), bridging classroom learning with real-world industry experience.
Together, CLI and CITE continue to build not only structures, but brighter futures for the next generation of skilled professionals.
