The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) awarded Dual Training System (DTS) accreditation to PLC Systems Technik Inc. (PSTI), a valued industry partner of CITE, during the October 28 DTS Forum held at the TESDA Innovation Center.
TESDA Regional Director Gamaliel Vicente Jr. presented the accreditation certificate to PSTI, affirming the company’s commitment to high training standards and adherence to the provisions of enterprise-based training.
Accreditation by TESDA serves as an assurance of compliance with stringent training quality standards. Companies achieving this recognition, like PSTI, demonstrate their alignment with TESDA’s regulatory specifications, inspiring confidence in their trainees and validating their dedication to quality education and skill development.
PSTI, a wholly-owned Filipino corporation registered in 2015, brings over 20 years of combined experience in factory and process automation. The company has a reputation for building comprehensive automation systems, particularly in programmable logic controllers (PLC) and associated devices. PSTI’s CEO, Alex Señagan (fourth from left), is a Batch 6 graduate of CITE’s Electrical Technology program.
Since becoming a CITE industry partner in 2022, PSTI has welcomed three trainees and continues to support CITE’s mission of developing skilled, workforce-ready professionals. CITE, in turn, actively assists its industry partners throughout the TESDA accreditation process. PSTI is the latest addition to 8 TESDA- accredited industry partners of CITE.
